***UPDATE: Another successful fundraising event with the 2016 Chef’s Night Out, raising $12,000 for HOSPICE. Photos can be viewed in our gallery here***
When the Chef’s Night Out started 10 years ago, the first two events were held at Wintec’s “Windows on Avalon” which is their trainee restaurant. We were able to offer fantastic food for a great cause, as well as offer the opportunity for students to gain valuable serving experience.
Due to the popularity of this event, the decision was made to up-scale. This doubled our capacity to ~160 attendees, which meant we could double our profits towards Hospice and the community.
So you might be wondering “what is Chef’s Night Out’?
